Dhoklas are usually made very often in gujrati families, try this sweet corn/American corn version of dhokla, even if we have used sweet corn- curd, rawa(semolina) & green peas make it a good savoury & wholesome dish
Steps

Mix Rawa, Curd, Sweet Corn, Green Peas, Ginger Chilli Paste & Salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes

Pour Tadka of Oil, Mustard Seeds, Urad dal, Chana dal & Curry leaves in batter itself
- 3
Grease dhokla plates. Keep Dhokla wok on flame with water in it & when water starts to boil add eno into batter & mix properly. Immidiately pour this batter in dhokla plates and Steam for 20 mintues on high flame.

Done, serve with green chutney & a cup of tea ❤❤ Enjoy making this healthy dish 👍
