Ingredients

  1. 3 ozdark chocolate (about 90 grams)
  2. 2 1/2 tbspunsalted butter (about 35 grams)
  3. 1 tbsppowdered sugar (about 10 grams)
  4. 3/4 cupheavy cream, very cold (about 200 ml)
  5. Cookies and chocolate shavings for decoration
  6. Prepare the cake the day before

    Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler. Let it cool.

  2. 2

    Whip the cream with the powdered sugar, adding the sugar in three parts. Once the cream is whipped, gradually add the cooled chocolate while continuing to beat.

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into a Charlotte mold and freeze for at least 12 hours.

  4. 4

    Run the mold under hot water to unmold the cake onto a serving plate. Decorate with cookies, chocolate shavings, and Easter eggs. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
