Ingredients

  • 100 gmraw mango
  • 1/2 tsproasted cumin seeds
  • 1 tbspJaggery
  • 1/3 tspchilli powder
  • 6-8garlic cloves
  • For the seasoning
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsphing (Asafoetida)
  • Some curry leave

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind mango, cumin, jaggery, chilli powder, salt & garlic.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let it splutter.

  3. 3

    Add hing & curry leaves. Let it cool down & pour the seasoning over the chutney. Mix well and serve.
