Ingredients

4Fillets- best with tilapia
3 tbspFresh lemon juice
1 tbspMelted butter
1 cloveGarlic, finely chopped
1 tspParsley
1Black pepper

Steps

Preheat over to 375°F.

Rinse fillets with cool water & pat dry with paper towels.

Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over the fillets then drizzle the butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, & pepper.

Bake until the fish is white & flakey. Usually about 30 minutes.
