Steps

Soak dal {with 3-4 methi seeds (Optional)} & rice, idli rawa seperately for 3 hours @ night
Grind into smooth paste b4 sleeping
Let it ferment whole night. - 2
Now,
Add salt and 3-4 tbsp hot oil in batter
Mix it properly
Dnt use oil while mkng
Spread cook flip remove - 3
Keep wet thick napkin with u
After each dosa remove pan from flame rub it with wet cloth and then spread so that next dosa spreads properly as thin as u want.
Serve with coconut chutney 💕 - 4
