Pav pudding
I have used leftovers pav,it is usually made by bread.
Steps

Soak pav in milk and cream form 10 min.

Beat eggs and sugar and vanilla essence, keep aside
- 3
Caramelize sugar in a microwave safe bowl or(heat sugar in a non stick pan till it melts and turns brown and pour in bowl).

Mix the egg and pav mixture and pour it in the caramel bowl.
- 5
Microwave it for 10 minutes,once done invert the pudding and serve it hot or cold.
