Steps

Take a pan and put oil.add fennel and omam seeds.once it's smell comes..add in cut ginger

Dice the onion in long shape and saute it..add potatoes cut in squares

Add some salt and let it cook

Now add cut carrots and beans

Add all the powders and let it cook..add cauliflower and little water..close it wit a lid and cook it

Once evrythng is cooked..garnish it wit coriander leaves, a pinch of garam masala..it brings out the flavour bettr..and lemon juice

Dry subji is ready..take it out of stove and have it with roti and cucumber..enjoy and try it..
