Ingredients

  1. 1small sized Raw mango
  2. 1/4 cupCrushed jaggery
  3. 1 tbspLemon juice
  4. 1 tspTermeric powder
  5. 1 tspCumin powder
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspChilli powder
  8. to taste Salt
  9. 1 tbspMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the mango in cube pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add mango pieces and stir for 20 seconds.

  4. 4

    Add the water on a low flame.

  5. 5

    Once the raw mango is half done,
    add the rest ingredients.

    Let it get cooked for 5 more minutes.

  7. 7

    Slowly the mixture would thicken.

  8. 8

    Turn the gas off.
