Ingredients

  • 750 gramsPotato cubes
  • 1med Onion Chopped
  • 200 mlFresh cream
  • 2Chicken cubes
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 2 pinchfresh coriander
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 40 mlmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt in water and boil potato cubes

    On low heat, translucent the onions and melt chicken cubes at the same time by stirring gently

    Add boiled potato cubes and fold to coat potatoes with the onion mixture

    Add fresh cream and gently fold to combine

  5. 5

    Add milk and gently mix

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and add ground black pepper, sprinkle coriander on top
