preheat oven to 180

mix dry ingredients in a baking (oven proof) dish
- 3
make 3 depressions/wells in the dry mixture
- 4
pour vinegar in one well. vanilla in the second well and oil in the third.

pour the water all over
- 6
mix til smooth. bake at 180 for 35 minutes
- 7
ice with chocolate icing when cool
- 8
for vanilla cake: leave out cocoa and add 3 tablespoons flour, and 1 extra tsp vanilla
