Carrot cake
I love trying out new recipes and this is one of them😎👌
Steps

Break eggs into a large bowl and beat them lightly

Add in the sugar and whisk until fully mixed

Add in the oil while whisking and make sure oil is fully mixed

Sift the flour into the egg mix
- 5
Add in cinnamon and baking powder, then mix all gently to avoid the flour pouring out and till thoroughly incorporated

Add in the grated carrots and fold into the cake batter

Add in the raisins if you're using

Preheat your oven at 200°

Mix all ingredients thoroughly to incorporate properly

Grease baking pan with butter and pour in your cake batter. Leave enough room for the cake to rise

Bake for 30minutes or depending on the size of your baking pan. Otherwise bake till evenly browned on top and a tester inserted in the middle of the cake comes out free of crumbs

Serve with drink of choice.
