Take oil in wok....add chopped spring onions...saute for minute

Add chopped vegetables in it....mix them evenly...cover for 3 minutes

Add salt turmeric powder and jeera powder in it... give a nice stir till the aroma comes out

Add oats and add water in it..mix them all together....boil it for 3-4 minutes...serve hot
