  1. 1 cupsamak rice
  2. 2-3 tspkuttu aata
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. 1 tspdry roasted jeera powder
  5. 1 tspblack paper
  6. 2 tspgreen chutney
  7. Oil for fry
  8. to tasteSalt according
  9. 1 bowlcurd

Steps

20min.
  1. 1

    Add samak rice and green chillies in a grinder and grind it.

  2. 2

    Make balls heat oil in a pan deep fried balls on slow flame.

  3. 3

    Whisk curd add to salt.

  4. 4

    Dip bhalla in curd10-15min.

  5. 5

    Sprikle with jeera powder,black paper and green cutney.

  6. 6

    Ready for eat....
