Mash boiled potatoes add bread crumbs, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix evenly, take a wok put oil, jeera, heeng, soaked and coarsely grinded moong daal, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, amchur powder and stir until it's golden, keep it to cool, take a ball of potato make it flat fill with the daal mixture in between and cover properly from all the sides and give it a shape of tikki, fry.
