Steps

First mix handvo flour and curd and water and allow it to ferment overnight

Next morning add spices and salt and sugar

Add grated veggies and corn and peas

Add coriander leaves and green chilli ginger paste

Now in a tadka pan take one tbsp oil add hing then rai sesame curry leaves and peanuts sauté and add this tadka to th batter

Mix it well and then in an appam pan add little oil and add around one tbsp of th batter in each as shown in pic

Cover it and allow to cook on slow flame

Cook on both th sides evenly till nice golden colour and crisp

Serve it with chutney or ketchup or grated papaya
