Ingredients

  • 6Raw thotapuri mangoes grated
  • Equal amountil of sugar
  • strandsFew saffron
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel mangoes.

  2. 2

    Grate them.

  3. 3

    Add equal amount of sugarand few saffron strands.

  4. 4

    Cook them in a heavy bottom vessel for 30 to 40mins.

  5. 5

    When mangoes become thick and transparent.Remove from stove.

  6. 6

    Add cardamom and cloves powder when completely cool.
