Steps

Add 1-2 tablespoons warm water to yeast and sugar. Leave it covered for 10 mins.

Combine refined flour, salt, milk, Brown Sugar oil and activated yeast in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into soft dough for at least 10 mins.

Add choco chips and knead once again. Cover with a samp muslin cloth and set aside for 2 hrs.

Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into buns. Place buns on greased tray and sprinkle Sunflower seeds or walnuts (optional).

Cover again with a samp muslin cloth and set aside to prove for 20-25 minutes.

Apply milk wash on the buns and place tray in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Remove from heat, cool and serve.
