Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil paper. Cut the zucchini into halves. Using a melon baller or a spoon, scrape the flesh out of the halved zucchini to create a well, making sure to leave with slight wall all the way around to give the zucchini support. Place the zucchinis into the baking dish with the cut side facing up. Heat oil in a pan. Add the sausage and brown it on medium flame. Remove the sausage from the pan and allow it to cool.
