Take the finely chopped tomatoes And onions in a vessel.

Add One tablespoon of chilli powder,one teaspoon of turmeric powder,1 tablespoon of roasted sesame seeds,1 tablespoon of corinder powder,one teaspoon of cumin seeds,ginger and garlic chopped,coriander leaves and salt to taste.

Now add Chana dal flour,rice flour and two tablespoons of semolina..Add little water and mke thick batter

Keep it aside for 10 /15 mins.Now it's ready for mking tomato omelette 😊

Heat a non stick pan and spread it on it..cook it from both sides and Ready to serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney and a dollop of butter 😋
