Ingredients

4Medium size potatoes boiled & peel
1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
to tastesalt
as needed oil,
2 aloo
to tasteachari masala powder
1/2 tspSauf seeds,
as neededchopped spring onion
as needed garlic
as neededChopped coriander leaves

Steps

Frypan me add oil heat then put mustard seeds, sauf add potatoes 5, to 10 minutes potatoes golden fry add turmeric powder salt to taste.

Now mix well add to aalu achari masala saute 2 minutes add chopped coriander leaves,spring garlic

Aalu achari is ready serve with lachha paratha any poories
