Baked Yogurt Fruits Tart

For Tart Shells:

Ensure the butter is chilled – cut into cubes.
Add wheat flour, orange juice, salt sugar and cinnamon powder in bowl. All mix it well and make a hard dough. - 3
Leaving the bowl in the fridge for an hour will help keep the dough cold.
And after dough is cool to make a small ball. - 4
Take a small Tart Shells and greasing with butter. Take a ball and shape with tart pressing with finger Use a fork to perforate the dough lightly.

And other side take a another bowl and add Dahi, fresh cream, honey and kiwi puree mix it well and this mixture add in tart and baked in cooker for 15 mins.

And for fruits. Remove orange zest and caramelized with jaggery. After caramelized cut cube and keep side.

Your baked Yogurt tart is ready and add caramelized orange zest and blue barries.

Second tart garnish with Red grapes.third tart garnish with apple slices. And put in freeze for 1 hour.

Ready to serve cool.
