Bring the milk to a boil in a pan.

Add lime juice.

Let the milk curdle.

Turn the gas off and leave it for sometime.

Now using a muslin cloth, strain the curdled milk.

Tie the muslin cloth and keep this muslin cloth tied potli in the colander and run drinking water through it.

Let it be there for almost 2 hours.

Try to press it with hands to drain excess water.

Keep the drained cottage cheese in a bowl.

Add semolina and knead it to make a smooth dough.

Take small portions of it and roll to balls.

Heat water in a kadai.

Add sugar and let it boil.

Add raw mango juice, mango panna.

Add the balls and let it cook on medium flame.

After cooking the gullas have doubled in size.

Let it cool and serve.
