Take a jar

Add jeera, garlic, ginger, chillis, clove, cinnamon, coriander

Add vry little water & grind it around 60% not smooth

Now take a pan

Add ghee, zeera, dry fruits, cardamom, tezpata, onion & mix well

Now add the grinded masala

Salt, sugar mix well

Now add lemon

& cooked rice

Mix well by add a 1tbsp of ghee again

Garnish with coriander

Serve hot with dal or some gravy
