Grind moong daal and chana daal together with a few green chillies by adding a few spoons of water

Add the dry ingredients and add a tablespoon full of oil and mix well

Spread this batter on the back side of leaves

Carefully fold the leaves and place all the folded leaves on a jali wali plate in a steamer.

Steam for 30 to 40 mins.Cool and cut the rolls into rings

Prepare tadka using oil. Jeera. Mustard seeds and til(sesame) and pour on the rings and mix well.

Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.

Serve with tomato ketchup or any other chutney in breakfast or as an afternoon snack along with a hot cup of masala chai
