Grilled coconut fish

This recipe take 20-25 minutes

Remove the scales on the fish. Draw lines on the fish with a knife.

Add salt, red chilli and lemon into the fish.let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Grill the fish on low heat till well cooked.

On a pan, fry some garlic and tomatoes till cooked. Add tumeric powder for taste and colouring.

When the tomatoes are well cooked add coconut juice while stirring. Stir untill the coconut is cooked.

Take your grilled fish and pour the souce onto the fish on both sides.

Serve it with ugali or chapati. Yummy try it!
