Steps

Wash keema thoroughly and drain water completely.

In cooker stir fry onions, green chillies, ginger till golden brown (can pressure cook too)

Add keema and all species not garam masala now

Add tomato puree, mustard oil Coriander and pressure cook

Open the cooker and keep stirring on medium flame till oil separtes

Now add water and sprinkle the garam masala and pressure cook.

Serve hot with maska pav and onion rings
