Ingredients

Serves 8 servings
  1. 1 kgminced mutton
  2. 6finely chopped onions
  3. 2tomatos
  4. 2-3 teaspoonCoriander
  5. 1 pieceginger finely chopped
  6. 3green chillies finely chopped
  7. 3 tablespoonoil
  8. 1 tablespoonmustard oil
  9. 1 tablespoonsalt
  10. 2Bay leaves
  11. 2 teaspooncoriendar powder
  12. 1 teaspoonkashmiri red chilli powder
  13. 1 teaspoonfreshly roasted garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash keema thoroughly and drain water completely.

  2. 2

    In cooker stir fry onions, green chillies, ginger till golden brown (can pressure cook too)

  3. 3

    Add keema and all species not garam masala now

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree, mustard oil Coriander and pressure cook

  5. 5

    Open the cooker and keep stirring on medium flame till oil separtes

  6. 6

    Now add water and sprinkle the garam masala and pressure cook.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with maska pav and onion rings

  8. 8

    Keema pav the easiest nonveg maincourse for all our parties 🍷🍷
