First take cabbage,carrot,and capsicum,cut it thinly and cook on high flame for 2 mins in a wok and keep it aside, heat Tawa and simmer it,take a pizza base,put it on tawa for 5 secs then flip it,now put 1 tbsp pizza sauce spread it evenly, now put vegetable mixture evenly about 1 cup,and grated cheese,sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and cover it with a lid and let it cook for 2 minutes on a slow flame..or till the cheese melts...slowly remove it in a plate cut it with pizza cutter..
