Soak the Urad Dal for 3-4 hours.

Add chopped green chillies to the soaked urad dal and put this into Mixy.Sprinkle some water.

Grind it to a batter.

The batter should be thick and not watery.Let it rest for 30 mins to 1 hour.

Now add the cumin seeds and mix it well.

Take a pan and heat the oil.

Now take the batter and make a ball.Flatten the ball and using a watery finger make a hole in between.

Fry it in medium hot oil till it's crispy.

Serve with Tomato Chutney,Coconut Chutney and if you want you may serve it with Sambhar aswell.
