Peel the mangoes...cut length vise

Heat oil in a pan to smoking point...

Reduce to medium heat... Add methi Dana and degi mirch till it begins to change colour

Add sounf, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt..add mangoes still for 5 mins and add gur and half cup of water...

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer, stirring for seven to eight mins remove and cool store in air tight jar....
