Heat water in a steamer.

Take flour in a bowl.add lill salt and knead into stiff dough using water as required.

Take a pan in a medium flame. Put oil.add onion and ginger garlic paste saute well.add cabbage,salt,black pepper soya sauce mix it. close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.keep aside

Divide the dough into equal portion.dust a flour and roll out into large disc.cut out disc from it using a sixer cookie cutter.

Place a spoonful of the cabbage mixture in the center of each disc,bring the edges together and shape into your choice of mom is.

Place the momos in the steamer,cover and steam for 6_7 minutes.

Serve hot with momos chutney.enjoy
