Steps

Cut mangoes into small pieces keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds allow it to splutter, add curry leaves.

Add fenugreek powder, asafetida saute for few seconds.

Add red chilli powder, mangoes, salt, garlic stir on low flame for 6-8 minutes.

Turn off the flame.

Cool down the mango pickle.

Later transfer it to a Jar.

Serve with steamed rice.
