Steps

Wash and boil your sweet potatoes,drain water,skin and let them cool a little

Mash your sweet potatoes,add flour and baking powder and cinammon,(I used cinammon)

If it's still sticky add more flour until it's a nice firm yet soft dough,

Cut or pinch into medium sized balls,

Heat your frying oil until it's medium high hot,test with one ball

If your oil is okay deep fry,

You'll know they're ready once they float, fry to your colour liking I like mine just a little bit browned

Serve with tea or coffee
