Steps

Peel the potatoes,wash them and slices them into pieces.

Grate/blend your ginger and garlic together to make a paste
- 3
Take the ginger/garlic paste,salt,chibundiro,curry powder,chillies and marinate the chips and the sausages separately. Leave them for 5mins to ensure they marinate well.

Place your frying pan on medium heat and fry your chips till golden brown. Do the same with the sausages
- 5
Serve with fresh juice of your choice and enjoy
