Ingredients

  1. 10egg yolks
  2. 100 grsugar
  3. 10eggwhites
  4. 200 grsugar
  5. 300 grflour

    Part 1

    Beat the egg yolks with sugar.

    Part 2

    Whip the eggwhites with sugar until stiff

  5. 5

    Combine part 1 with 2 and fold in carefully the flour.

  6. 6

    Use a piping bag with a round tube and dress the biscuits in finger shape and bake. Dust freely with icing sugar.bake till brown
