Steps

Mix flour and salt and ghee and Knead a smooth dough

Allow to rest for 20min

Take a small portion of dough and make thick chapati

Roast it on iron tawa by applying ghee on both sides

When golden brown take it out and put aside

Make all paranthas

When cool down a little. Make churi by ur hands. Keep on adding ghee in between

When it's done add remaining ghee and serve
