"Achari Aloo Karela"

Wash properly, cut the karela, mango, potato into small pieces.

In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds saute, add mustrd seeds, onion fry till they turn brown add ginger garlic paste saute.

Add raw mango, karela, potato add salt & all dry ingredient mix well.

Cook for 15-18 minutes until soft heat off. ready to serve with chapaties.
