Ingredients

25-30 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 5bitter gourd small pieces
  2. 1 cupchopped / sliced onion
  3. 1/2 cupchopped raw mango
  4. 1/2 cuppotato small pieces
  5. 1small tomato (optional)
  6. 1/2 tablespoongarlic ginger paste
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonfennel seeds
  10. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  12. 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  14. 2-3 tablespoonmustard oil
  15. to tasteSalt

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash properly, cut the karela, mango, potato into small pieces.

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds saute, add mustrd seeds, onion fry till they turn brown add ginger garlic paste saute.

  3. 3

    Add raw mango, karela, potato add salt & all dry ingredient mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 15-18 minutes until soft heat off. ready to serve with chapaties.
