Steps

Take 250 gm Raw mango and cut into small pieces.

Preheat water and start boiling raw mangoes. When mangoes are boiled keep it aside.

In a Pan heat oil and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp sauf, 1 tsp mustard seeds.

Roast for 1 min and add all spices.

Now add boiled mangoes into the prepared tadka.

Add 100 gm jaggery. You can adjust it as per the taste.

Cover it and cook for 2 min on medium flame.

Raw mango launji is ready.
