  1. 2 tblsOlive oil may need 2 more later when you add the meat
  2. 750 gSteak Mince
  3. 1Medium Onion
  4. 4 ClovesGarlic
  5. 2 tspBlack cracked Pepper
  6. 1 TblsPeppercorns
  7. 15-20Cherry Tomatoes halved
  8. 2colours Sweet Peppers
  9. 4Bay leaves
  10. 2 tblsItalian Herbs
  11. 2 tspHot Pepper Sauce
  12. 1Chilli Pepper Sliced
  13. 1 tblsTomato Puree
  14. 1/2 cupwhite bread sauce
  15. 1large Can Crushed tomatoes
  16. 1 cupveg Stock
  17. 1/2 cupRed Wine
  18. 1 tspDried Basil
  19. 1/2 cupGrated cheese of your choice.smoked too
  20. 2 tspcorn four mixed in a little water 4 tbls water cold

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pan or Wok is good. Add the oil and heat up then add the onions to fry for 1 minute. Then add the Garlic and mix in

    Add the meat and fry until all meat is coloured.

    Let it bubble for 2 minutes then mix in and add the Tomatoes.and mix

    Then add the Chillies and mix

    Add the peppercorns

    Then the can of Tomatoes

    Add the Italian Herbs

    Add the veg Stock

    Then the Bay leaves

    Then the Basil and mix in

    Add the chopped peppers and Chopped Corgettes. Keep a few sweet peppers back for the finished dish.

    Add the white sauce and stir it will thicken

    Stir then transfer to an oven dish and cook for 1 hour on medium

    Add the cornflour to thuckenthen add the cheese when it comes out the oven and garnish with the sweet peppers ready to serve

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
