6spring roll sheet
2finely chopped onion
1finely chopped tomato
1finely chopped capsicum
2 tablespoon all purpose flour ( maida)
As neededoil for deep fry

Heat a pan add oil and saute all vegetables and add spices

Now take a spring rool sheet and add stuffing and fold like a roll, seal with maida slury.

Heat oil and deep fry all roll.

Serve with tomato sauce.
