Peel raw mangoes.Cut it in cubes.

In a pressure cooker put oil heat it and put mustard seeds to splutter

Then add raw mango cubes,turmeric and chilli powder along with salt and jaggery.Give a quick stir.Add1 cup water so that mangoes are dipped..

Pressure cook till two or three whistle and then let it cool while opening check consistency and add bhuna jeera powder and kasuri meethi for soothing smell.Kasuri methi is optional.Ready to serve
