Steps

Pressure cook papita, dal and potato, bay leaf, haldi powder and salt with water to 1 whistle.

Take a wok and heat oil.... crackle zeera seeds.

Fry the chopped onion till translucent
- 4
Add all the masala both wet and dry along with chopped tomato and saute in low medium flame till the oil separated.

Now open the cooker and mix the boiled dal veggies with masala in kadai. Bring to boil.

The delicious subzi is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Eat with Rice, Roti, Parathas, Poori.
