I just tried to experiment ice-cream with black sesame seeds flavour and it turned out really well. Just give it a try and you will definitely love the outcome.

I just tried to experiment ice-cream with black sesame seeds flavour and it turned out really well. Just give it a try and you will definitely love the outcome.
Steps

Dry roast the sesame seeds on a very low flame till crispy. Don't burn.

Cool and grind them till smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

Meanwhile boil milk, add cream and condensed milk and mix well.

Take out 3-4tbsp of milk and mix with the sesame seeds paste. Mix well so that no lumps will remain.

Pour this to the boiling milk mixture.

Do constant stirring till mixture reduces and becomes thick creamy like texture.

If you want to add sugar can add in this stage. Mix well. Switch off.

Add rose essence and fold. Cool to room temperature.

Transfer to a container, cover and keep in the freezer for 5-6hours.

After 6hours take out the mixture, blend, sprinkle few roasted sesame seeds and keep in the freezer again for 8hours or overnight.

Serve black sesame seeds Ice Cream with any sauce of your choice. Here I served with homemade strawberry sauce. It tastes yum.
