Kienyeji chicken wet fry

Boil your chicken with ginger and kidogo salt till tender

Drain any excess water if any and add onions (be generous with the onions)

Add kidogo oil and stir till the onions browns. Continue stirring till the chicken starts to brown.

Add the tomatoes and cover for the tomatoes to cook. Add royco cubes and check if the seasoning is OK.

Add the courgettes and cook for 3 minutes. Don't overcook the courgettes, we want them crunchy.

And you chicken is ready. You can serve with ugali, chapatis, mukimo or rice. Enjoy.
