Shepherd pie
I was taught this by Chef Brian and everyone loved it
Steps

Peel and chop potatoes. Boil them till soft and mash.

Place the minced meat and 3tbs oil on a pan and cook

Add garlic and ginger to taste

Add tomato pates
- 5
Add onions and black pepper and cook to a sauce

Prepare costal dish

Layer in your minced meat

Top up with mashed potatoes
- 9
Once done put in oven for 10 to 15 min till top is brown serve when hot
