Yeast eats sugar to produce alcohol. So if you like a mad beer then add more sugar. Don't drink and drive!

Chop the pineapples in 2 - 3 cm (+- 1 inch) cubes

Boil half of the water, sugar and pineapples
- 3
Place the rest of the ingredients (but NOT the yeast) in a 20 l bucket and add the boiling solution.

Let it cool down till lukewarm and add the yeast

Let it ferment for a day or 3 and then syphon it off through a cloth into 2 l plastic cold drink.

Add 5 raisins from the solution and 5 new raisins into each bottle and let it rest for a day or 3 before serving cold.
