Kerala Beef Fry! Kerala Beef Fry!
I've always enjoyed this in streets of South India but never made it all these years. Now the Indian Government has issued a ban on beef in Bombay stating "Religious" reasons as Cow is considered holy by some Hindus. So had to try it once before the ban is official. Can't buy Beef easily anymore without taking a risk of being criminally charged. So sharing it with you guys so that at least others can cherish.Hope you like it. Try it and Enjoy! Cheers!charlsac

My beef stir fry My beef stir fry
To be honest I have no idea how much beef I used but it served 4 and it was great! I've made this so many times already and never paid attention to how much I used of everything, I go free style on most of the things I make, so anyways you can add more or less of all this depending on what you like. Firecracker beef stir fry Firecracker beef stir fry
Without a doubt, this is my favourite new dish. Not only is it a breeze to make, it also hits all the notes you want in a stir fry. Salty, spicy, sweet, beefy, and totally delicious. As written below, this stir fry will give you a nice amount of warm, chili heat. If you want more bang, simply add another teaspoonful of sambal. One thing you shouldn't forget, though, is plenty of steamed rice to serve alongside. Robert Gonzal -
