Mix cornflour and milk powder in 1 cup milk and keep aside

Boil 1 ltr milk in a heavy bottom pan.after the 1st boil put on low flame.

Now add the cornflour paste and sugar keep stirring contiuously to avoid getting lumps..

Boil for 4-5 mins.Remove from heat and let it cool nicely

Freeze it for 3-4 hours..
Your icecream base is ready. - 6
Remove the base and leave it to become little soft
Now beat it well with a beater till it is fluffy and smooth.. - 7
Now add the mango pulp and essence and beat again for few mins..
freeze it till done.... - 8
Serve chilled with chopped mango pieces
