Steps

In a bowl take 2 tbsp milk mix corn flour into it keep aside

Boil remaining milk when half milk remaining mix corn flour+ milk mixture into it

Boil for 5 mins

In the Lukewarm water mix gelatine add in the milk add sugar and boil for 1 min

Add green colour

When cool down put in a airtight container and place in freezer

Temperature will be lowest

When set remove from fridge and blend in a blender

Repeat same process for 2 times

Finely add chopped pistachio green cordamom powder and cream blend again

Place it in the freezer

When set garnish with chopped pistachio and serve
