Steps

Take one cup cold milk and keep the remaining milk for boiling add kesar and elaichi powder

When it is boiled put it on low flame and boil it for about 20 mins.

Now add cornflour in one cup milk and mix it properly see that there are no lumps.

Now add this to the boiling milk add sugar and boil for 5 mins

Now add milkmaid and let it boil till sometime or till you find the consistency have become thick.add almond crush..

Keep it for cooling when it cools down pour it in kulfi mould or in rectangle aluminium tin and freeze it..

It will take atleast 8/9 hours to set

Note:Mix all the ingredients and blend it for 10 mins your milkmaid is ready.... (use the above 1st four ingredients)
